DBD Tools will showcase its range of eBike work stands and brake bedding-in equipment at CIN LIVE 2026.
The work stand range (pictured right) includes several configurations, from single-bike stands to double stands designed for busy workshops and capable of lifting two bikes. The stands allow mechanics to mount a bike before raising it to a comfortable working height, helping to improve workshop efficiency and ergonomics. Features include an operating lifting speed of 10 cm/s and an automatic stop function.
Designed and manufactured in Slovenia, the stands are available in various configurations, from the base model through to the double stand, with several options in between. They can also be equipped with accessories including tool trays, parts holders and towel holders.
DBD Tools will also display its brake bedding-in machine (pictured left), designed to help mechanics carry out one of the key procedures when fitting new brake pads and during pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Bedding in new brake pads can help reduce brake squeal and squeaking, potentially preventing bikes from being returned to the workshop for these common complaints.
