How can shops reach out to their local communities? What’s the best way to remind customers that they’re still there? Can social media really solve all a bike shop’s marketing challenges? How does AI fit in? Can marketing help ease the slow periods for bike shops and workshops?
Experienced bike marketing expert Mark Almond is planning to help bike shops tackle their marketing questions and challenges in a special seminar at this September’s Cycling Industry Live, at NAEC Stoneleigh over 20-21 September 2026.
Dealers are encouraged to share some of their marketing challenges ahead of the show (anonymously or not) and Mark will bring his experienced marketing perspective during the special seminar.
